Shipping Information
1. Which countries do you ship to?
On www.jadeyoga.ch you can order to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. If you want to order to other European countries, please visit www.jadeyoga.eu.
2. Which shipping service do you use?
For orders to Switzerland and Liechtenstein we use SWISS POST. Please give us a shipping address where someone can receive your package personally. We always need your phone number to be able to contact you for shipping inquiries.
3. Can I have my package shipped to a Pack Station?
Deliveries to Pack Stations are not possible.
4. What are the shipping costs?
Prices are excl. shipping cost. The exact shipping cost is calculated for your order directly at checkout.
5. How long does it take until I receive my package?
After the payment is verified, products in stock will be sent on the same day on workdays, if we receive the order before 14.00 AM (CET). Delivery is within 1-3 workdays.
6. How can I check where my order is?
After we have sent your package out of our warehouse, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation with your tracking link(s) so you can always check where your package is.
7. I want to return my order, how does it work
Please check out our Return Policy. But PLEASE do not order the whole collection just to choose the color or style you like. We believe in sustainable business and do not want to generate any more truck shippings than necessary!
